Gears of War tears into Japan’s Top 10
Gears of War is an Xbox 360 game. It looks BLOODY cool! It’s filled with gore and horror and that by itself has be down for playing it already. The game is considered a breakthrough by many game reviewers around the web. The game itself has sold more than 3million world wide. Beat that. It was the third best-selling game of 2006 in the US and the 18th best-selling game in the UK. It also won GameSpot’s Game of the Year award and overtook Halo 2 as the most popular game on Xbox Live.
Now the Xbox 360-exclusive title can boast another feather in its cap. The game was released on January 18 in Japan–a region where Western-developed shooters have historically not proved popular. However, Gears of War managed to break into the country’s top 10 sales list, selling 33,212 copies in its first week and debuting in the charts at number seven, according to Media Create.
Gears of War is rated 9.6 out of 10 that means it’s rated SUPERB, SUPERB you hear?!? This is definitely a must add on your list of games to play. If I was a millionaire and can afford decadence - I will have every game console out there for myself - did you think guys were the only ones nuts about games? Geez, stop being a chauvinist pig! :P
